What to Wear
Please wear loose, comfortable sportswear. Changing rooms are available at the dojo.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes early to change and learn the dojo etiquette.
No Preparation Needed
The dojo provides training uniforms (free to borrow for trial classes). No equipment needed.
