Shen Dojo includes three dojos Changning, Jinan and Pudong, every week there are 6 classes conducted, club members can freely choose dojo convenient for them. For newcomers we arrange an instructor to teach them basic things newcomers should know to help them to adopt and learn faster. For training is necessary to were uniform for practicing martial arts - dogi, females are suggested wearing slim fit T-shirt under and tying up the hair.
