Practice notes:
If you come to participate in the training, pay attention to following guidelines:
Arrive to dojo 15-30 minutes before the beginning of the class. To practice is necessary to change aikido or judo uniform - dogi, females are suggested wearing slim fit t-shirt and tying up the hair. Bring the weapons for weapon class.
People coming for free trial class are suggested reading "Dojo's Etiquette" it will help you to catch up on what is happening on mats.
