Practice notes:
If you come to participate in the training, pay attention to following guidelines:
Arrive to dojo 15-30 minutes before the beginning of the class. To practice is necessary to change aikido or judo uniform - dogi, females are suggested wearing slim fit t-shirt and tying up the hair. Bring the weapons for weapon class.
